Smurf
Hi guys, i've just spent the weekend cleaning my computer and installing FSX and FTX Trial runs over Lilydale in the Realair Spit with frames at unlimited sees me getting anywhere up to 50 frames with most sliders set around the middle, not bad as far as i'm concerned, FTX looks great even at those levels. The problem i'm getting is when i'm looking dead ahead in the VC there is like a stuttering almost, like horizontal "ripping" that I can see in the canopy frame and in the prop as it's spinning. I thought it might be a resolution thing, i've got it set at 1280X1024X32 (same as my monitor), any clues?? Thanks for any advice Specs: Core2 duo E6600 (stock), GeForce 9800GT, 2 gig of ram (don't know what sort, don't know much about computers really, hope these specs help)

Gurdy
Are you using a Nvidia card? If so in the Nvidia control panel have you locked the vertical sync? That usually fixes horizontal tearing. Cheers
