ACTIVE orbx FTX errors continuous

order # 97020995 orbx vector lights are unchecked by default after installation and when checked error numbers appear-ive reinstalled windows to make sure its not my computer it has happened 3 times now after downloading fsx, orbx global & stevefx from flightsimstore.com

Eh? Please add your order number for FTX Global as per forum rules to get support. Also, not quite sure, how you downloaded "fsx" from the FSS. You'll not get support for this, nor for "stevefx" as they aren't ORBX products.

problem is not with fsx that was downloaded with dvd my ongoing problem is with ORBX when I open FTX to tweek the lights shape and size- what ive changed doesn't show up in fsx its always the same light pattern and ligth size   also when I check vector lights box error numbers pop up another error I get is "legacy issue the 8 bit fix is enabled-this may cause issues with the scenery

it was a 1 time a message ive tried to uninstall orbxftx and it wouldn't uninstall so im going to reformat my computer AGAIN if the message appears again I will record all of the error iformation
