andypbarker Posted December 17, 2013 Share Posted December 17, 2013 I am desperatley trying to order 4 more Orbx regions and have completed the Flightsimstore purchase routine to the point where it takes me back to the flightsimstore checkout page (ie through the E-Way transaction process). I have an e mail response from info[at]flightsimstore telling me the transaction was successful and giving me a transaction number. The products I have purchased have not been added to my account and I cannot download them. I have sent FSS two e mails asking for a resolution and have even tried phoning them, no one answered (ringing from the UK there is only a limited window). All I'm trying to do is purchase more of your product, I appreciate you have a link in the forum directing me to them but what do I do when they don't respond?
