tombeckett2285
Hi guys, I have happily been using FTXG for a few weeks now, but noticed a week or so ago while on approach to EGLL there is a building directly on the centreline of runway 27L, a few hundred metres from the threshold that interferes with final approach. I'm not at my FSX PC at the moment to post a screenshot but I know I'm not the only person with this issue as it has been reported by several other people within my VA (BAV). Are there any solutions to this? It's not a massive issue, just a bit distracting more than anything else! Cheers, Tom
Edward Boyte
Hello, I would need to see a screenshot of this please. Here's what EGLL looks like on my system: Cheers, Eddy
tombeckett2285
Typical!! I have just downloaded the 1.2 patch and installed and everything is ok now! Are there any Autogen buildings that could maybe appear at that point, depending on how the scenery loads? Edward Boyte
Sweet! Glad that you got it sorted. No, autogen shouldn't appear on the runway again.
tombeckett2285
Sweet! Glad that you got it sorted. No, autogen shouldn't appear on the runway again. It wasn't actually on the runway; it was on the bare patch of grass on the extended centreline just this side of the main road (the A30?) but was significantly tall enough to interfere with the glide path!
