peter58 Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 I have been having issues with big patches of scenery going black momentarily then turning back. It seems to happen about 1000' AGL and below. It seems to have started after I recently purchased and installed Southern Alaska. It was recommended here to update patches etc. but when I go to the support page http://fullterrain.com/support.html and try to download the zip file the screen just turns black and the little wheel in my index tab spins but nothing seems to happen ( I have left it for up to an hour). If I click again the support screen comes back but nothing is downloaded. I have tried the checkmarked box and the download box. It's a PC with windows 7. Thanks. peter58 Posted July 9, 2013 Author Share Posted July 9, 2013 Never mind, I just tried Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and it's working but if anyone has the same patchy issues I would like to hear if there were any solutions.
