ACTIVE download icons do not work patch page does not work DNS issue

I'm trying the alternate method to download patches

 

it does not work also

 

when i click any of the download cloud icons it does not go to download page  it only shows me a copy of the icon to save

 

Can any of your people resolve my download issues it is some sort of DNS issue related to ISP,s from alberta canada?
