In trying to complete the set of NA regions I've inadvertently purchased he same region twice (not the brightest I know!). I've been trying to contact Adrian at FSS for over a month now but I suspect for some reason he's not getting my emails, or I'm not seeing his replies as he's always been really helpful in the past. I'm hoping to swap one of my NRM copies for CRM, can anyone give my some advice, I've tried the email addresses posted here and the 'contact us' link from the FSS website. Many thanks in advance.
