Museumkeeper Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 Hi there I encountered this problem when I first tried to run a file I had just downloaded. Extract the downloaded file to your desktop using win zip or some other extraction program. (I use 7-zip). If you try to run the downloaded program without extracting it first, it will ask you for other disks. When you have completed the extraction click the extracted file icon on your desktop and it should begin to unwrap. Then just follow the instructions.
