westway Posted March 19, 2013 Share Posted March 19, 2013 There seems to be an issue with the patches for FTX England, the "zip" files won't open, however any other patches I download for my FTX products all open and install. Paul Webster Posted March 19, 2013 Share Posted March 19, 2013 Hi, What program are you using to open them and what is the exact error message you get as i can open the zip file fine so it maybe a corrupt download. you could try the normal, clear cache & temp files, restart pc and router. Can you also provide the PNW update file as that download does not work either, however the library file download and worked perfectly. Its the only other link available for that file and can be downloaded without signin to google. It will say Sorry, we are unable to scan this file for viruses.
