Tom C Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 Hi all, I'm back again enjoying the PNW and PFJ sceneries, but have a question to ask of you all. I have finally given in and purchased REX and the PMDG NGX, which means FSX has now surpassed FS9 on my PC. However, 1 problem still get's on my you know what's here. FSX version of the Sun. I have downloaded and tried a few versions of it from the usual freeware sources, but none seem to look right to me. Here is the default version + REX clouds on my way from Orcas to Skagit. Everything else in the sim works a trest, but that image of the sun is a dissapointment to my eyes. Can you guys tell me if there is something out there to improve on this if possible? I'm not a fan of Sun Glare or whatever other addition is available within FSX, so maybe I'm asking too much trying to get something more realistic, but this is the one place I'd ask.
