Butch Posted September 10, 2011 Share Posted September 10, 2011 Hi Folks, Thought I'd share a really enjoyable flight I had with the unbeatable combo of Orbx airports and the unparalled NGX. I've always been a 'closet tubie' was coverted to low and slow with the advent of Orbx and Ozx scenery... but now I can have my cake and eat it too. Getting ready to go, admittedly takeoff has not been a really exciting activity but sound of those engines when they spool up... that buzzsaw burrrrr. Gives me goose bumps! Strap in here we go... TOGA! Buzzzzzzzzzzzz...burrr music! In the half light of dawn, where night is just giving way to day. This was my favourite time to fly back in the days I worked for an airline Don't you just love that runway... Just punched through the cloud layer on the climbout on the way to Launceston.
