HercFan Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Friends, this was a a gorgeous one! S89 to 25U, via the Snake River Canyon in what is called the Hells Canyon Wilderness area. Overfly of the landing area... 'cause I can't call this a runway! After what I would call an 'extended' approach, it was time to line up for that landing... This is one where I would of felt way better in my trusty Islander! And down we went... Side note: I swear my friends, I actually had sweaty palms doing this landing.
