Something a bit different this time from me. It's still a leg in my tour but this time i added a poll. Not my own idea, JayKae inspired me with his tour were we could vote on his next destination. This time it's just cause i can't choose wich way to go that i let you choose. So the options are up top, please take the time to choose one. If you have another idea about a route to go, please feel free to recommend it. As long as it ends up in Stewart and doesn't make too much of a de-tour. And please keep in mind it has to be done in a cub.

You might notice something odd in the shots of this leg with the weather, this is because i had to interrupt the flight to go to work. When i came back and restarted fs the weather changed. So there are a bit more clouds for the last half of the route. But what a stunning part of the world this is, clouds or not.

The take off will be a bit bumpy as was the landing, if you ever go to Bradfield, bring tundra tires. I'm so happy it's getting spring, finally brings some other colour as white to the screenshots. Sorry for this many shots but it's not even half of what i took, everything seemed perfect for screenshots. Hope you like them, as always comments and advice is welcome.

Kind regards,

Wouter

Fantastic!!! What a great plane for this tour. Great shots as well!!!When I do flights like this, I usually just wing it (no pun intended) If I see a nice valley, Ill go explore. Where I end up? who cares, its a shot walk from my sim room to my livingroom. ;)

Thanks for the compliment. I have set an ambitious goal to go from Pelican in Tongass all the way down to the South of PNW. Visiting both PFJ and NRM during this tour and also the addon airports/airfields that are out already. I haven't planned the complete route yet, i just plan a couple of legs and when i finish them i'll make the next lot. This way it stays dynamic as i'm not bound to something that exists already and i can adapt my route to airfields that are coming out when i'm in the vicinity. If i would do a tour like this like you fly i would end up lost and i'll most likely never get where i want to go.

Looks like i'll be taking the long road. I don't mind though, it's a stunning landscape to fly in. The flightplans are already made, just did that. I'll start off on the next flight the first time i have time to spare again. I only start it though when i can finish it at once, i like to fly with real world weather and i don't like to save my flight somewhere in the middle and then to come back and find the weather changed a lot.

It actually wasn't too chilly thanks to the cabin heater Bell417, but it lost the battle with the cold when i opened the window to let some fresh air in.

Kind regards,

Wouter
