A Baron in B.C.

Hi Airman I was wondering if you could give a short description of the flight characteristics of Carenados baron compared to the default

My impression of the new Baron 58 is very positive.  The speed, height, and trim angle of attack appears to be more realistic than the default.  The default was straightforward in that it was as if there was not much to flying it (Sort of blah).  Cathy H. said it right in another post by implying that a brick would fly better.

The new Baron requires more cockpit activity to fly a nominal straight and level flight path. All in all, it is definitely better.  The default paints wasn't that good whereas the new Baron paints looks impressive.  Of course, I'm not an expert on all the flight dynamics involved but I do like this plane better than the default.

There may be someone out there that has the new Baron that can be more specific on the characteristics.

Hope this helped some..

Roger

Hope someone will give the Beech Kingair 350 some attention in the near future..
