Jon Houston
. At . . . great risk of sounding like a proper chooch . . . where can one obtain this lovely "Canaijun" paint? Edit: Silly duffer: I shoulda looked more closely the first time; found it at Ozx. Many thanks, Amos!

Ben1820
Ah my bird with a cargo pod strapped to her!! well..once apon a time it held a 110Gallon tank under the belly, it looked much like a cargo pod, but smaller. It had booms on the wings and we used to spray crops with it. The only thing that remains from its time as a duster are the home-made fiberglass cow S*** deflectors that are over the wheels. They were needed to protect the struts and wings from gravel when it landed on gravel roads and manure/mud when it was landed in farmers fields. As far as that spinner goes..looks way better than the rl version. I spent (no lie) 15hrs striping 4 layers of paint off then polishing it by hand, still not even shiny. Great shot though Ian. I cant thank Amos enough for the great job he did on it. I took this picture three weeks ago at Sedona, Arizona. Its retired from cropdusting now along with my grampa who flew it. So it snowbirds the winter months. No more flying under powerlines for this bird. Shes getting to old for that stuff. She looks pretty good for being 45 years old, huh?
