Divot
... I think I had a serious graphics issue last night. Flying to Gympie (YGYM) just past Redcliffe, all of my autogen trees became infinitely tall "sticks" that obscured my view - especially when flying over forested areas. When viewing from satelite view, these artifacts came up and surrounded my plane in a "cone" effect. I could not take a screen shot, because every time I tried, a message came up from FSX saying that the screen shot could not be generated (or something to that effect), which leads me to believe that it was a graphics card issue. Turning autogen down to 0 made the issue go away while in flight, but I have not yet confirmed that the issue has disappeared after a reboot. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Divot
Yes that's exactly the issue, only imagine a wall of that effect surrounding your aircraft. Especially in the remote areas of SE Qld. 8800GT card Q6600 quad core ASUS P5K-Pro (i think) m/board 2 GB RAM had just installed the Flight1 PC-12 and had been flying for approx 90 mins. Didn't reboot after install, so there could have been some issues there.
