alexf
After all this talk of Bearcat vs P47 I decided for the A2A P47 + Accusim Interesting beast to fly. Did not read the manual yet. Just watched the Gentile video in A2A's site and flew from Pearson (KVUO) to Olympia (KOLM). I had some trouble trimming and as it was very cloudy it was tough to maintain level flight while in the soup at 7000. After the mountains went down to 4000 under the clouds and had no trouble finding KOLM and did a decent approach and landing. Not perfect but good enough for my first flight. Didn't break anything and all the needles stayed in the green (thanks to watching the video). Also downloaded about 15 liveries from OZx to install so I have a variety for multiplayer flights. Now on to read the manual! [img alt=http://i683.photobucket.com/albums/vv198/alexfel/southofKOLM.jpg]http://i683.photobucket.com/albums/vv198/alexfel/southofKOLM.jpg Shot is south of KOLM. You can see Mt. Rainier in the far left.

alan2
"All this talk of the Bearcat " ... that was me talking to myself Well, you can relax Alex knowing that you have bought the better aircraft by a mile . The P47 is not a nimble as the P51 , Spits , P40 etc if you thinking of combat manoeuvres / aerobatic style , but either way they dont come much better than this .
