Trying out Dave's suggested Nvidia settings with the J41 at Tamworth.

No better place, no better plane.

I'm stupified.

I love these settings. I think the in-game view is so much clearer and don't want to change a thing now.

Thanx again, Dave, I owe you one, mate!

I know this was just a test flight, but you don't taxi to the active and then forget to take the condition levers out of taxi before take-off.

Those guys in the tower are rolling around on the floor now and I'm sitting at the end of the strip, not turning but burning.....duh!

Great shots of my favourite plane!!  Oh the times I've melted the engines on the runway  ;D

I think to fly this plane properly you need to install a spring loaded board on the back of your seat, triggered when you reach the runway to simulate the copilot smacking you in the back of the head while shouting "condition levers moron!!;D

If you get FS2Crew the FO does it for you when you call "Cleared for take off" :)

Yeah, but the problem was, it was a test flight and I snuck out without the FO.

I probably won't do it again, or at leat not until I pay off the 2 nillion bucks for the 2 new turbo's,

Frank

That will teach you  ;D , not that i've ever done it  ::) , well not since having FS2Crew running, it focus's you for sure.

BTW Frank the guy that does FS2Crew says the 738 version will come out very soon after the 738 comes out, PMDG must like him  ;D

Here they are Stephen.

This all happens in your Nvidia panel:

Ambient Occlusion  = not supported for this application

Anisotropic filtering = 16x

Antialiasing - Gamma correction = on

Antialiasing - Mode = Enhance the application setting

Antialiasing - Setting = 16xQ

Antialiasing - Transparancy = Supersampling

Maximum pre-rendered frames = 3

Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration = Single display performance mode<<Not for you

Power management mode = Prefer maximum performance

Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimisation = Off

Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias = Clamp

Texture filtering - Quality = High qaulity

Texture filtering - Trilinear optimisation = Off

Threaded optimisation = Off

Triple buffering = On

Vertical sync = Force off

Hope it works for you, too, mate.

Frank
