tennyson
Was over at another sim forum this morning and came across this beauty. It's the Iris P40. It's a port over from FS9, but as freeware, it's more than acceptable (in my book) and not being a big warbird flyer, I probably wouldn't have bought it anyway. Of course Iris have a FSX model of this aircraft that is so much better, but very clever of them to release their older models as freeware. Here's the download URL, in case anybody wants it. http://www.simviation.com/simviation/download.php?ID=9504 [img width=1160 height=406]http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1279367744.jpg [img width=1160 height=407]http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1279361448.jpg [img width=1160 height=408]http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1279440937.jpg [img width=1160 height=408]http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1279381837.jpg [img width=1160 height=408]http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1279408540.jpg [img width=1160 height=408]http://www.fsfiles.org/imagehost/uploads/1279383282.jpg Frank
Nyxx
Nice shots Frank. After Iain posting his Spitfire(Realair XIV), I jumped in mine and wow there a fun to fly. A2A P-47 is top for me open the hatch and boom was in her last night. She is a handful all right. Well worth a look at m8. Also the A2A MarkI Spit is a gem and chip has hell. I added Realair spit sounds to my A2A Spit very very nice. A2A spit really has something special about it.

alan2
With respect Frank - even free I wont bother. I have the A2A version and for the 20 something bucks is a bargain . She has correct sound a flys beautifully plus a top cockpit. However , thanks for the HU and let us know if you come across any more .
Dexter Dog
Great shots! I have their FSX version, and it is one of my most frame-friendly planes I have! Also great for throwing around the sky!
