alan2
....one of those Lionhart Skylarks. I just seem to keep on flying it. Its not one of those set and forget planes, you got to keep flying it all the time .

alan2
Thanks guys. Hey Mango , how ya doin' How does she sound ...sounds good to me, the engine just chugs away and sounds about right although I dont know what the real one sounds like. The flying and handling.. Well I have that much going on in the sim - EZCA, Cumulus X! , weather ...I have to watch the instruments constantly to keep it on track. She does fly and the flaps speedbrakes sure work as I found out on my first couple of flights - short of the threshold Only a sim pilot but I would say she flys well. Its almost a STOL aircraft but it takes a while to slow down , so come in low . Here's a quote from the book The wings were huge on this plane, which enabled it to fly at low speeds per its massive lift capabilities. Handling of the aircraft is thus like a ‘large’ aircraft, as which it is. .................. As like explained earlier in this manual, the Skylark behaves like a large airplane, much bigger then it is, though it is a very large plane for only 2 passengers. Remember that bit of feedback as you start to learn to fly this incredible classic
