melchels Posted April 30, 2010 Share Posted April 30, 2010 Hi all, I recently did a complete reformat of my HDD and am now reinstalling FSX. I have managed to load up to SP1 but when I try to load SP2, I get a roll back and a message saying it failed to load. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled again but I still getthe same issue. Maurice_King Posted May 1, 2010 Share Posted May 1, 2010 I was about to suggest that this would likely be the fault, Unclean de-installs are one of the prime causes of failures of this nature, where there are either files detected or registry strings that cause error's to show up.
