Marshall Posted July 9, 2020 Share Posted July 9, 2020 I am experiencing very dim runway lights at dusk and night With my Orbx products. I can’t make out the runways until right before touchdown. I did my homework and it seems others have mentioned the same thing in other forums, but I haven’t come across a solution or if those folks had their issue resolved. I tried adding some light values to my Main cfg file but it only affects my default airports but it was worth a shot. I located where the files are at some of my Orbx airports but I don’t know how to change any values. The runway lights at Orbx airports are very realistic looking just very dim. I do fly with the company I work for mainly as a jump seater (Gulfstream GV/G550) and whenever we fly into airports we can usually make out the runway lights about 8-10nm’s out. But in my sim you have to be right on top of the runway before you can see where the runway edges are. So I was wondering if there’s a fix to this or some sort of adjustments that can be made.
