I have reloaded Orbx central several times now. The PC has been recovered from Acronis. Everything else on the pc works as far as I can see. Now all i get it is the above message. Turned out to be Avast antivirus - bothb ORBXCENTRALWORKER.EXE and ORBXCENTRAL 4.1.10.EXE had been sent to quarantine with IDP GENERIC threats.
