active LOWI missing ski jump and textures

Hi all

I'm seem to remember having this problem in a previous P3D version but having installed the brilliant LOWI scenery the most noticable thing missing is the ski jump.

It, along with some textures on the hotel next to the terminal building never appear.

 

Intermittently, building textures on various airport buildings don't load resulting in black boxes.

This happens most frequently when in SteamVR.

 

I have uninstalled, re-installed and verified the files many times over with no change to these bugs.

 

I was also hoping that with P3D V5 the floating buildings, notably those across the gorge from the ski junp, might have been solved but alas no!

 

As I said i'm sure i've had this problem before and there was a reason which escapes my lockdown befuddled brain!!
