Sebpil
Hi I have a full size flight simulator at home that you can see here, https://boeingflightsim.wordpress.com/, Have all areas with your scenery, not all airports or so, but all products in Global range, Germany, Norway, Madeira and a few other sceneries. Except for that I do not have any other scenery add-ons. For outside view I use two TV monitors (32") and one projector also in the size of a 32" screen. It works fairly well with no problems. But sometimes it seems to be a bit staggering in the image when flying in daytime, close to the ground or taxiing on an airport that has much scenery. I use an ASUS dual OC 6GB video adaptor that the two 32" TV's are connected to and three other USB devices to split the screen so I can use images from the flight deck. A 6 GB vdieo adaptor should be enough for just two monitors right? I use 1280 x 1024 resolution on all monitors and the video adaptor can manage four screens with that resolution without any problems. But I also would like to see some scenery and sometimes it seems hard when the weather is bad (I use Active Sky for weather) and some scenery. What I am looking for is a smooth running outside view, and also be able to see the wonderful scenery on take-off, taxiing and landing. But how to get that? When I fly in night time condition there is no problems at all, cause then the ground is dark and it has a much better flow. Traffic on streets is nice and I have set about 10% for that. The computer specifications are; Intel i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 16 GB RAM ASUS 1060, 6 GB dual OC graphics adaptor Windows 10 Home Prepar3D v4 https://www.prepar3d.com/ Precision Manuals Boeing 737 NGX https://www.precisionmanuals.com/ Orbx scenery worldwide https://orbxdirect.com/ Active Sky https://hifisimtech.com/ Mobiflight (Arduino control software) https://www.mobiflight.com/en/index.html VOXATC http://voxatc.com/ Really greatful for any reply that can help me getting even closer to reality. Will soon add another monitor as well for co-pilot outside view, I really miss that part so far. Thank you in advance, have a wonderful flight.
