active Gigantic spike near Cremona, Italy

Hello

 

I have a gigantic spike in the Po river, near Cremona, Italy (approx. coordinates are N45° 7.29' E9° 59.93').

 

I have Base+Vector+OpenLC Europe installed on P3D v4.5. No specific mesh (except a free mesh for the Alps, but this is not near the Alps). No airports in the neighborhood.

 

It really lokks like this old post

 

But I don't have FS Global 2008 / Ultimate. So I don't see any direct relation, even though the experience (and precise location) is similar.
