active Blurry images GB South

I have recurring problems with True Earth Great Britain South.

 

After flying for 5 - 10 minutes, the scenery becomes very blurred and looks awful.   I have tried tweaking settings including locking frame rates to 30, 40 & 50 fps but nothing seems to cure it.   After about 5 minutes, the blurriness goes away for around 5- 10 mins before it all starts again.    

 

I have Global, Vector, Trees, England and Great Britain South, as well as other regions but the problem is specific to Great Britain South.  

Spec:

Intel Core i7-8700k  3.7GHz

32 GB of RAM

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080

Display resolution 2560 x 1440
