active No Jetways at YPAD

I have just installed Australia V2 and have discovered that my YPAD Airport does not have any jetways installed, I have GSX V2.

My two Flight Simming Friends have jetways galore at their YPAD Airport. Has anyone had this problem. If I try to install a jetway, GSX says that it cannot

install a jetway, I have attached some screen dumps of My YPAD and my friends YPAD. When opening GSX (ctr+F12) it states that the gate has 1 jetway, but when 

I try to install another jetway, it tells me GSX cannot find the Add-On Manager, I have reinstalled the GSX Add On Manager several times with no luck. all my other ORBX airports are OK

I have also uninstalled AustV2 and verified the files several times
