MZee1960 Posted February 21, 2019 Share Posted February 21, 2019 Thinking of getting the GSX addon for FSX/P3D - mainly to add immersion at airports with added ground services around airliners. Noticed GSX has a Level 2 expansion pack available as an addon to their original pack which essentially contains SODE jetways and airline/passenger animations as well. They claim this works at all default and third party airports and can also be used to customize jetways at all airports as well. Will GSX Level 2 play well with Orbx SODE airports, or should I only get the original GSX without the SODE jetway feature ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jabloomf1230 Posted February 22, 2019 Share Posted February 22, 2019 GSX2 does not replace any existing SODE animated jetways at 3rd party airports. It will replace default jetways. And the SODE jetways in GSX2 only animate for the user's aircraft. The remainder are replaced with static facsimiles (which look nice) but will not service AI aircraft.
