Disabling or removing Lilydale/Coldstream Beta?

Hi due to an on-going problem using the direct-to waypoint function on the GPS in FSX I'd like to try with the beta of Lilydale & Coldtream either disabled or possibly safer still removed. The GPS problem seem to be related to a scenery problem and the only scenery I have added or changed lately is going from Lilydale 1.5 to the 2.0 build 3003 beta. Obviously it therefore seems the logical scenery to disable/remove to try and determine whether it is the actual cause of the problem. I did try with FTX/Ozx totally disabled via FTX cntral and did not experience any crashes.

What would be the best way of disabling/removing the Lilydale beta?  \
