I have installed FTX central and can download 2 newly purchased True Earth products for XP 11. Although I can see my products listed for FSX/P3D via your web page it refers me to FTX Central to download any of my purchases, but none of my products appear. I have tried updating the Orbx Libraries to version 1.4 but it says I do not own a licence for the product. I don't have P3D installed at the moment but I would have thought my products should at least show and that I would be able to update the library. I'm a little confused.
