active PAJN missing runway and taxi lights

Prepar3D v4.4.  Have had no issues with any of my orbx sceneries...EXCEPT PAJN (Juneau).  I'm always missing taxiway lights, once I've been able to get runway lights working, but not sure what stopped cause those are out too.  I've tried reloading the PAJN airport, but nothing.  To be clear, you can see the actual light fixtures, but they're never lit up...major pain when taxing in the dark!!

 

Any ideas???
