active Fresh Install

Hi,

I did a fresh install of WIN10, FSX-SE and P3Dv4 over the weekend.

I now have the following installations and path's:

Drive C: has WIN10 and P3Dv4 in subfolder FS P3d installed

Drive D: has Steam and FSX-SE in subfolder FS FSX-SE installed

I have FTX Central 3 loaded and would like to install my ORBX products onto both simulators. Is there anything I should do other than select the simulator at start up?

Hi,

Just when opening FTX Central, verify all simulators are shown and when you hover over each option, verify the paths are correct.

 

Also suggest using a manual download or backup the download files if you haven't already done so.

Hi Matt,

Are you suggesting NOT to use FTX Central 3 to install the products but a manual download of zip files? What do you mean by back up the download files? I assume you mean to backup the installed FSX / P3d  files prior to installing ORBX products?
