Going from AMD 6000 dual core to i7 920 w/ Evga X58 MB

Any takers on what I can expect going from the 3ghz AMD w/ 2 x Nvidia 8800 GT vs i7 920 over clocked to 4 ghz, GTX 285 EVGA OC 1 gig, 2 X SSD Hard Drives Raid O running FSX? FSX runs ok on the AMD rig, but not a show stopper. Do you think it will be a WOW moment upgrading? What have you found when upgrading? Got the parts picked out, just need funds. This will be my first computer build. May initially compromise and use the 8800gt in the i7 until the GTX 380's become available. Thank you
