active FTX Global Base Graphics Settings

In the FTX Global Base user guide on page 12 there is a table with some graphics settings for the simulator,

to be set to use ftx global optimally, but only some of these settings are present in the p3d settings menu, the other ones do not exist.

 

Level of Detail Radius  "Large"  (there isn't "Large" only "Max")

Global Texture Resolution  "Max"  (there isn't in p3d)

Mesh Complexity  "100"  (there isn't in p3d)

 

So where do these other has to be setted?
Maybe from prepar3d.cfg?
