answered license transfer from FS Pilot Shop

A few original scenery purchases from years ago (Cushman, Israel's Farm & Concrete Muni) were purchased on DVD and were damaged in a flood. I successfully paid for and received new licenses from the Flight Sim Store. Unfortunately the new FTX Central does not recognize these as purchased software. How can we correct this problem as I cannot receive updates? I have since only purchased direct downloads per the following FSS numbers...
