active Lancair IV GPS Direct-to function

Hello Forum,

 

I am sorry if a created this thread at the wrong place, I just was not sure where to put it.

 

I recently bought the ORBX Lancair IV and tried to do some IFR flights on VATSIM. Therefore I loaded a flight plan into FSX. However when getting a direct from ATC, I can choose from all the waypoints in my flight plan but I cannot seem to activate a "Direct to" to one Waypoint. Of course U could just enter a direct to by pressing the "arrow D" button, but then my flight plan gets deleted. So basically I have to tell the controller "unable directs" each time, which is quite annoying.

 

Any clue how to solve this issue?
