hjbolus Posted November 27, 2016 Share Posted November 27, 2016 Good morning I recently migrated all my ORBX purchases from the Flightsim store. Following this I then ran updates for the packages relevant to me. All went Ok until I tried to install the update for Cairns (my order no serial number removed) which popped up with an error saying An unexpected error occurred. Please send ORBX staff the %LocalAppData%ORBX%ftxc3.log. I click ok to this and it crashed out of FTX central I have enclosed the ftxc3 log.. Also I tried to run the update for my Melbourne scenery and it says I do not have Melbourne scenery and to check my account with Flightsim store. My files in FTX Central 3 are missing Melbourne V2 although I do have the CDRom for it (serial number removed). Any help would be appreciated.
