At the end of the installation, I get installation complete, FTX Central will open once the installer exits. I then immediately get a message saying that the installer has stopped working and for windows to investigate and close the program. These are the problem details: roblem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: ftxconfigurator.exe Problem Signature 02: 8.2.1.0 Problem Signature 03: 524d4a36 Problem Signature 04: mscorlib Problem Signature 05: 4.0.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 53b4fc1e Problem Signature 07: 3fe0 Problem Signature 08: 106 Problem Signature 09: System.IO.FileNotFoundException OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 2057 Additional Information 1: 0f61 Additional Information 2: 0f619a611ea2925f0bcd789924354f28 Additional Information 3: 9e7b Additional Information 4: 9e7b04dccb298187c153d1adbad82228 erofflps.txt As a result FTX Central doesn't install. As CLR20r3 is related to .net If .net 4 is installed and up to date please remote it using programs and features, reboot the pc and reinstall .net 4 and all updates for it. Gets as far as installation successful the configurator stops working. HOWEVER, this time FTX Central has downloaded.
