FTX Central 2

So I go to FTX Central 2 and don't see any update information for my files, does that mean I'm current with updates, or do I need additional updates that are found on the ORBX site? Also, on the older version of FTX Central which I liked better, is my FTX Global active, version 1 would indicate that, call me confused in NYC?

Hi

As a newbie I do not know how the protocol for making a reply so please excuse me if I do anything wrong!

With ORBX LC Europe running on FSX disk and FTX Steam (in parallel) after a reinstall of FSX Steam and now using FTX Central 2 there seemed to be was a problem with loading OLC Europe back into FSX SE.

A few days ago I let some one possibly MS or Steam/Dovetail update my computer - stupidly I overlooked noting the details.

At the next attempt to sort out the original problem FTX Central V2 behaved in a totally different manner to previous.

  1.  the opening screen offering a choice of FSX or FSX SE
  2. showing missing updates in the Installed products (FSX Disk being upto date - FSX SE not)
  3. the DOS window in the migration process showed copying to the FSX SE drive rather than to the wrong FSX drive

It would seem that there is a problem with FTX Central V2 which is reliant on some other software in the system.

Hope this is helpful

Regards
