active Scenery missing after Northern California install and FTX problems solved

Thanks for everyone's help in getting  my FSX flying again after problems following the installation of  FTX: NA Gold USA Northern California. 

You also helped me to get FTXcentral working correctly.

However I am now left with autogen scenery problems on BOTH my Orbx North American sceneries and the default flight sim sceneries.

I have lost all my trees, and greenery from airports and areas which definately had them before.

I am uploading 3 screenshots which should show the problem better than I can explain in words.

The grass and other vegetation, along with vehicles, people and bridge are all now missing. At Biggin Hill, an FSX default I use a lot, all the trees and hedges are missing.

Sorry.. Just wanted to add that I have adjusted density settings, re-run the FTX Migration several times, and syncing the data without any improvement.

Has anyone any other ideas?
