I know this has been covered in many areas. I've read all that i can but i still have this issue..

I unzipped the files into a tempory folder, there were 10  files.

I waited for unwrap to complete  ( tried  multiple times, left it 8 hours to unwrap before clicking finish.)

Still getting the same issue, please help.

Also every time i have tried its taken 5 gig of space , how do i remove that?

Hi Simon,

After unwrapping move all the files from the folder where the unzipping happened to another folder.  I made the mistake of moving the zipped file to another folder then trying to run it from there.  You need to get the files divorced from the folder where the zipping took place.  Try that, it worked for me.

Cheers, Neil

Thanks its all good now. Looks fantastic, im downloading Aus service pack 4 now, thanks.

it was my fault, I did'nt click next on the blue installer screen before clicking finish.

i was a bit confused because I looked at some forum screens that showed how the installer should look but mine looked diferent.

Also I did have to browse for the folder when it asked for disk 2.
