active openLC North America DVD-ROM

I purchased Global Vector last spring and want to soon buy openLC North America.

 

Unfortunately, I live in an area with slow internet and would like to buy the DVD-ROM instead of waiting 12 hours for a download.

 

Can I assume the DVD-ROM for openLC North America includes all of the files and instructions for install?
