FTXCentral fail to install

[rbdesign]

I bought FTX Trees HD and tried to install them, but the program called FTXCentral v2 does not work. I've put my prepar 3D in a separate folder directly under C://

The program makes a folder in C://P3D/ORBX as it should, but when trying to run the program, I only get an error message. What to do? Please help me
I have tried to download i manualy and install it, but with the same rusult. Theres no FTXCentral in the Script folder
