maxam
Hello, Orbx Global Base 140 This is the first Orbx product that I installed into Prepar3D v3.3.5 after uninstalling v3.2 due to Prepar3D not starting up after I incorrectly installed a shader pack. I figured it was a good time to update P3D to the latest version so after running the uninstall I simply deleted the Orbx folder. I then proceeded to clean out all the P3D v3.2 folders located on my hard drive without realizing there were uninstallers available for FTX Central. I used the same folder name for v3.3 as I did for v3.2 (C:\Prepar3D v3). During installation of FTX Global I might have missed setting FTX Central to default when it launched before proceeding with the installation of FTX Global 140. However, I am not sure if there was an option for that as it was the first time I was installing Global. I was prompted to install the library file and completed the installation, closed FTX Central and rebooted. When faced with the CTD's I uninstalled FTX Global and copied my backup textures back to the Scenery\World folder. I am continuing to experiencing CTD's. I have been very careful in the past but admit in my haste to install Prepar3D v3.3 I might have missed something, are there reg entries that are causing the problem? Can anyone help me with this? maxam
No luck, ran the registry repair tool and deleted to scenery.cfg but the program keeps crashing when I change airports. Guess I will uninstall Prepar3D.
