active Poor scenery in UK and continual hanging with P3Dv.2 and ORBX

Hi Folks. Can anybody solve my problem please. I am running P3Dv.2 on WIN7 and when I fly anywhere in the world with ORBX set on Global the scenery everywhere is terrific, except the UK. When I'm flying in the UK with global set or Europe set on FTX central. The sim keeps hanging, and the scenery goes all washed out no definition at all. Only the UK. I have un and re- installed FTX_Europe. But it's still the same. Can anybody help please. (Please seem image attached).
