Barry Meiklejohn Posted March 9, 2008 Share Posted March 9, 2008 Aerodromes and visual landmarks, The aerodromes won't be the odd remote strip, you're more likely to find those in the upcoming OrbX GA package, VSX will give you aerodromes like Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Coolangatta and many more some small, some not. John Ross Posted March 9, 2008 Share Posted March 9, 2008 Hello brendanstacey VSX was always going to complement FSX and there is plenty of scope for the important custom VFR objects which will bring the beautiful landscape to life. Too early to say what will move over to FSX and what will stay in VSX but at the moment the 60 or so airports are far from the odd remote strip and include hundreds of real to life objects to make the airport experience as real as possible. But there will be a transition period while developers decide what to put where and then you can make your choice whether it would improve your sim experience. What matters is that Australia is finally getting the makeover it deserves! It's been so frustrating seeing every other country get done over and over again except your own. Because of you guys and the people over at VOZ/VSX (who are most likely people working in both) Australia will be the most complete county in the world. With every tiny detail covered from major airports to remote strips and cities. I know, when you guys are finished with every Australian project, you can sell Australia as a whole county! LOL.
