JanHamburg
Hi Guys, first of all I really like the new ESSA Airport. Masterpiece. Today I reinstalled my OS (Win7 Pro) and as result I reinstalled P3D on a fresh harddrive as well. So after the things that has to be done, I installed FTX Base, FTX OpenLC EU and FTX Vector. Afterwards I tested everything and all worked smooth. Then I installed ESSA and started P3D. All looked well except: The Terminal Buildings are all missing! So I reinstalled ESSA, but same. After several investigations, I now found, that in Prepar3D\ORBX\FTX_GLOBAL\FTX_AA_ESSA\Scenery both obj_buildings_summer_low & obj_buildings_winter_low where set to OFF. Why could this happen? Its an absolut fresh install. I just renamed obj_buildings_winter_low.OFF to .BGL and et voila, there they are. Any hints? Thanks in advance! Philip Schall
Hi Jan, did you also reinstall the ORBX Libraries? I'm not 100% sure right now, but I think the two files you mentioned are the low-detail alternatives which aren't controlled by ObjectFlow. If you did not install the libs again then the normal buildings won't show up. Also thanks for the nice comments!
JanHamburg
Hi Philip, thanks for the quick reply! This worked! Thanks a lot! I now have some performance issues (micro stutters), which might be my system as well, but I will post this to another topic later on! Jan
