active Installed airports and now have a texture issue

Hi,

 

I've installed the Parry Sound Airport as well as the North America Freeware packs, and now I have issues with my the wrong textures, etc.  Issue is similar to this (http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/106049-morphing-textures-in-europe/)

 

I've tried installing the backup terrain.cfg in P3D, and then clicking apply group in FTX Global. However, when I do so, I get an "Error Switching region" box saying that the access to \ORBX\Scripts\Backup\restore.bat is denied.

 

Problem still persists - help?!
