Being from the far side of the world I don't know exactly each of the airfields. hehe. In the manual you have pg 6 with numbered locations, but no list corresponding to each place. I can find them in the scenery but I don't know which is which. Would it be possible to add a list to the manual please, and any snippets of info about each place? Also there seems to be missing pg 18. It has a title of Beta Testers and a picture but nothing more until the final page 18 which is listed as page 19 in the index. There are several references in the manual that specific NCA....I believe they mean PNW....I believe they used the manual for KFOT (in northern california) as guide when they cobbled this manual together.
